UK Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within the estimated dispatch time of 2 - 5 working days.
All of our UK shipping is based on the weight of your parcel; we don't like to over charge for our shipping so we have broken it down for you here.
2 - 3 Working Days (2kg Max) - £3.75 - Royal Mail Tracked 48
2 - 3 Working Days (10kg Max) - £7.10 - Royal Mail Tracked 48
Please note that delivery time is from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed. The estimated dispatch times indicate how quickly we will be able to process your order for dispatch. Delivery times are an estimate provided by Royal Mail and not a guarantee. You can review tracking updates from Royal Mail as your parcel travels through the network.
You are required to check your items thoroughly upon delivery. You must notify us of any damages or shortages within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence by email. We will not be able to process any loss or damage claims after this period has elapsed.
Delivery Instructions
Instructions for delivery drivers can be left in the "Delivery instructions" box at the checkout.
Royal Mail do not officially have such a service but we will add instructions to the parcel for them to follow if you enter them. If they are unable to leave it, you should check with your local post office or follow the instructions on their card. Royal Mail Special or Recorded parcels must be signed for and cannot be left. While delivery instructions prove very useful, we would advise that you request delivery to an address where someone will be in, such as a work address, whenever possible. We cannot be held liable for any parcels that go missing when left as instructed.
Incorrect Address Information
Please note if you have filled your address in incorrectly upon checkout and the parcel is returned to us you will be charged for an additional delivery cost to cover the cost of redelivery. If you do not choose to pay this redelivery cost your products will be refunded minus the cost of the original delivery charge.
We have noticed an increase in incorrect address information and as a small business we simply cannot absorb the cost of this redelivery charge.
